Hi, I'm Gabriela
I’m a Mental Wellbeing Practitioner specialising in nervous system health, somatic coaching and trauma-informed practice.
I help women, schools and organisations understand how stress, trauma and life experiences can shape the way we think, feel and respond.
My work combines positive psychology, somatic coaching and nervous system education to create practical, compassionate support that helps people feel calmer, stronger and more connected to themselves.
My Story
This work is deeply personal to me.
There was a time when I was living in constant overwhelm, trying to hold everything together while gradually losing sight of who I was. From the outside, I appeared to be coping. Inside, I felt exhausted, anxious and disconnected from myself.
Like many people, I believed I simply needed to try harder.
Everything changed when I began to understand the connection between the mind, body and nervous system.
I realised that many of the ways we respond to stress are not signs that something is wrong with us. They are protective responses shaped by our experiences, relationships and environment.
That understanding changed the way I saw myself and inspired me to support others in doing the same.
Today, I help people make sense of their patterns, build emotional resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.
Why I Do This Work
I believe people heal, grow and lead differently when they understand themselves.
Whether I’m supporting a woman through a difficult season of life, helping teachers understand behaviour through a trauma-informed lens, or working with organisations to create healthier workplace cultures, my aim is always the same:
To make wellbeing practical, accessible and grounded in real human experience.
My Approach
My work is evidence-informed, trauma-informed and person-centred.
Rather than relying on one single method, I bring together different approaches to support the whole person.

Evidence-Informed
My work combines positive psychology, somatic coaching and nervous system education to deliver practical, research-informed support you can trust.

Trauma-Informed
I create a safe, compassionate space where lasting change can happen, working at your pace and recognising the impact of past experiences.

Whole-Person Approach
Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, I help you understand the connection between your mind, body and nervous system.

Lasting Change
My aim isn't to offer quick fixes. Together we'll build practical tools and emotional resilience that continue to support you long after our work together
